Ventajas
The best thing about this job is the discount, 50% off everything so shoes come to pretty cheap/reasonable price especially for winter boots. It is a pretty fun environment since all the sales associate/managers are young. I love it there because of the nice and cool people i work with but of course, this just depends on your luck.
Desventajas
You have sale goals but you get paid the same regardless (no commission so pretty low pay especially for a shoe store) I find them pretty unorganized too, ive been working there for 9 months and have had 3 different managers, but still, all of them were cool.
