They give us bonuses once a year. The pay is decent.

They over work their employees. They don’t listen to their employees when they need help. They expect 500 things to be done all by one person.

Managed to know some great colleagues and willing to teach manager which give it the best experience. However, all these people are long gone.

Bad employer which does not care for their employee, very selfish and not grateful for the hardwork with minimal renumeration package.
