Ventajas
GTM at BioRender sits at a pretty unique place in the startup world today: profitability and growth both in the double digits, a very strong executive team (ex-Toast VPs), and an outstanding product with an AI moat that accelerates scientific research. 2026 is an exciting year to be a part of our next phase of growth, with new products in the pipeline and GTM upgrades like a best-in-class solutions consulting team.
I've found the GTM org to be very healthy - strong culture, leaders and colleagues who support you, and excellent career growth. Work life balance is valued, and remote work is respected while opportunities are also created to connect in-person as a team.
Desventajas
I was hesitant to join BioRender after seeing negative Glassdoor reviews, but decided to trust my gut from my positive impression of the GTM team during my interview process. There are a lot of toxic startup cultures out there, and I wanted my next company not to be one of them. I'd encourage any GTM professional with the same concerns to join BioRender; the reviews do not hold up in reality.
