Company is outdated. They need to remodel their business strategy and listen to the people who are actually in the making sales. The factory's need to be updated and reorganized. They need a new/better CRM system as well as a database that allows sales reps to check on the projects without having to call into the factory. The company would also benefit from investing in the supply chain and restructuring the smaller companies under the NIBE umbrella to better serve customers. They have a large problem with product overlap from various companies. They could reduce costs if they integrated the purchasing power of all the various companies but they allow them to operate autonomously.

Good pay. Easy job. Decent people.

Management is stuck in the past. Don't take on the ground information into consideration.
