Creating an environment where people feel connected and empowered, regardless of location, is something we care deeply about. We also appreciate your feedback about in-person onboarding. While remote work offers flexibility, we recognize the value of face-to-face interactions, especially for new team members. Your suggestion to host in-person onboarding sessions once or twice a year is a great idea, and we’ll be exploring how we might incorporate that into our future onboarding strategy.
