Good pay for RBTs, flexible scheduling
Desventajas
Company data collection app has many issues, including the inability to fix incorrect data, poor graphs, and other glitches. PTO for non-salary staff (RBTs) is difficult to accrue. Health benefits are very expensive. Executive leadership is not receptive to feedback and talks poorly about staff to other team members. Poor communication from executive leadership including job expectations, policies, etc.
