Ventajas

Many small businesses aren't able to offer career advancement opportunities. AtNetPlus is growing steadily and as a result, there are new roles being created that allow employees new experiences and challenges. Also, the company core values are truly what guides the business. This makes for a healthy company culture and positive work environment.

Desventajas

Due to the nature of the business, there can be some stress to ensure that we respond to clients quickly.

Ventajas

You see everything in your scope of work as well as everyone else’s scope of work. Higher tiered employees have little to manage compared to entry level workers regardless of the volume of service requests.

Desventajas

Little to no promotions. Lack of interest in employee retainment regarding workers that do all the work for the company. Seem to just be worried worried about numbers and even those won’t do much for your career growth.
