There is a lot of bureaucracy but once you know what you're doing, it is fairly easy to skirt your way around it. Salary and career opportunities have become increasingly transparent thanks to the Deputy Director. ROLI Senior Management cares about the satisfaction of its employees.

Nearly everyone in ROLI is competent and kind. There are a few bad apples who can hinder your work and some directors who clearly lack international development experience.
