Ventajas

- Good people in some studios - Payment is made in time

Desventajas

- Management can lay off people without warning - C level doesn't care about some studios, toxic atmosphere, crunches and plan shiftings exhaust some teams - C level management punishes people for saying something that they want to be hidden - Chaos in most of dev team. Whenever somebody is trying to fix that, he gots laid off because it requires C level to do something while they don't want to - Company using AI to transcript calls and using this ai to provide an argument to fire people.

Ventajas

Pros: - The company helped with the relocation process - Interesting & diverse projects and tasks - People except management are great, passionate about their work, and professional. It was pleasant to work with them - Rapid growth of competence due to different & challenging tasks - Some other bonuses such as English compensation, medical insurance, & days off

Desventajas

All you see in the negative reviews unfortunately is true. - Lack of transparency. It's not clear what the company's goals are and what they expect from their employees therefore you never know when and why you can be fired. - Straightforward lies from management or hiding information even if you ask questions directly - The company is not interested in workers’ personal growth and promotion. They can fire you and hire “new blood” as a replacement the very next day. What happened to me is that my colleague in my team first was fired without any notice and I was doing the job that used to be done by 2 people for a year. Then a new colleague for my team and the same area of responsibility was hired behind my back. And after one month I was laid off without any notice. - Crunch culture, overtime is normal and not paid - Top management is usually absent and is not deeply involved in all the processes but knows well who they should let go - Speed over quality
