      * Job not as advertised * Horrible organization * Lack of communication of expectation * Lack of incentivization for employees * Poor Management * Management not receptive to new ideas * Unwillingness to maintain order of classes due to fear of losing enrollment

      Ventajas

      -Very kind owners. -Very friendly work environment with a lot of freedom in how you choose to work with the kids. -Very fulfilling if you enjoy teaching. -Flexible schedule.

      Desventajas

      Not that many hours to work. Average work week for me has been around 3-6 hours a week.
