Ventajas

Management are open and honest. Employees are treated fairly. Everyone works to find the root cause of any failures so they can be resolved together - the opposite to the dreaded blame culture.

Desventajas

As with most companies the support functions could be better to help the business excel further.

Ventajas

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

Desventajas

Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
