Ventajas

Facilities are decent, colleagues are decent, you're empowered to get on with your work and you don't get micro-managed. Company is flexible and with agile working there is no wasted early mornings or sitting in traffic. Good manager, who is supportive and approachable. Benefits are good too. Even the IT works!

Desventajas

Nothing to say here, which is good!

Ventajas

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

Desventajas

Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
