Ventajas
1. Approachable management. You can drop by and say Hi! to them anytime during the work hours. 2. Flexible timing. 3. Young & encouraging team members. 4. Healthcare benefits. Overall a good place to work in terms of technological exposure.
Desventajas
1. No roadmap for technological upgrades from development point of view. 2. Lack of Experienced technical team members. 3. No team for taking technological decisions. Most of the time it is done by the management and the junior employees. 4. No in-house recreation facilities for employees. Limited team building activities. 5. Hectic work-life balance for few teams. I would say, there is a room for improvement.
