We are constantly thinking of ways to improve our work experience for all staff, looking at everything from salaries through to benefits, as well as the working environment and culture! This is definitely a piece that we’re always keen to improve on, and we have a lot of exciting future plans for our employees as we continue to grow as a startup in NYC.
