Ventajas

Friendly staff , people for the most part are willing to help.

Desventajas

Pay is sub-par at best, do not expect any type of pay increase above 3%. Even with high marks on a review you will not go above this percentage the only real way to increase pay is to leave. All employees are over worked and overly stresses. I work in the Sterling location and expect to see many employee's in the customer care department leaving within the next month or two. I have enjoyed working for mindSHIFT up until about June however in the past month things have gone from bad to worse. I cannot recommend anyone working here in the current climate. Management acts like they care but don't
