      Ventajas

      Comfortable office. Cookies. The colleagues are mostly nice. Management can be flexible to you if you're bringing results higher than average. And I like corporate hoodies.

      Desventajas

      iSpring positions itself as a top-notch international IT-company, but it treats its employees as a third-world workforce. Many people who work there get $500 per month and even less! The turn around is very high. Also, the corporate culture is specific and discrimination is a part of it. I know many people who left the company because of it. But if you're a conservative white man with the army experience, you'll feel at home.

      iSpring is a place where you meet incredible people - both colleagues and clients. I am proud to be part of this team and to work for the eLearning community of professionals who dedicate their lives to education.

      Ventajas

      I have been working as a freelance translator for iSpring for 5 years now. It is a pleasure to work with this team of professional project managers. They are highly responsive and always send clear instructions. When set deadlines are too short, they are flexible and we have always been able to come to an arrangement.
