Incompetent exec team - promising to put things into place (like core values, better tools for example, DEI programme) but nothing happens Launching too many tools in people team but no true adoption (CPO keeps promising but under-delivering and very defensive about lack of resources and just presents at town halls etc) Everyone said keep an eye on the budgets but the exec team keeps travelling and spending money (not setting good examples) They say work from home ok but your line manager picks you up on it why you’re not in the office - not flexible at all Lack of diversity - again, CPO said we have a plan in place to improve this but no one has seen it with true deliverables (all talk but no actions) from the top down
