      Ventajas

      I made a ton of friends

      Desventajas

      The owner is extremely verbally abusive and screams at his employees. He will make your workload unreasonable (only for certain people) and as you tackle it all for him, he will tell you you do not know how to do your job. He is beyond paranoid and thinks people are out to get him makes you screen every phone call. It is a complete nightmare working for him. Yeah the Lake is so beautiful but that is the only good thing about that place.

      Ventajas

      pros: Have you ever gone into work and enjoyed to sounds of the owner screaming at a 16 year old kitchen runner, welcome to four seasons. You do have a beautiful backdrop to all that screaming by looking out at the lakefront.

      Desventajas

      cons: The owner constantly berates employees, makes racist and sexist remarks, and belittles employees. He denies basic needs for time off and employee mental health. He is inappropriate with staff. Dirty kitchen, skeevy owner, toxic work environment. If I could give 0 stars I would.
