- If they are too cheap to give you an assistant manager, you will suffer. 3 locations with only yourself and 30-50 hourly associates? What could possibly go wrong?
- Can be difficult to interview kids.
- They screw interviewers out of money sometimes. Employees were pissed off every week about their paychecks not matching up with the number of interviews they conducted
- They randomly call customers to follow up and ensure the interviews were conducted. Customers HATE this. Unfortunately, you must convince them to give you their phone number in order for the survey to count.
- The days can be VERY long for a manager because you have to set up and close down for each location.
The quotas can be very unrealistic.
