Ventajas
The job of display representative involves replenishing in store displays, mainly in supermarkets. Changing displays within different areas of the store are carried out weekly/fortnightly or seasonally. Cardboard displays need to be built and displayed and replenished and then you feedback questions on the tasks you've completed on a tablet. You have to take photographs and then download this information at the end of your visit. The work is easy and you're pretty much left on your own other than liaising with store staff. The store I worked in had lovely staff, who were helpful and supportive even though I was a visitor to them.
Desventajas
The management are totally disorganised and don't know what they're doing! You get jobs allocated, often at very short notice but you are a faceless person at the end of the phone. There is nothing personal about this company. You are not made to feel part of a team and are just there to do a job with no incentives or perks. It is a very demoralising company to work for!
