Good upper management. Self starters are recognized. Good nurturing environment for champions. Owners keep the rock solid open doors policy, but I have a feeling that employees with lower confidence don't take advantage of this. Amazing design and front end team. These guys are the soul of the company, and you can learn a lot from them.
Desventajas
Think that SEO department is running rampant, and a lot of folks take advantage of that. Company always had problems with middle management. Luckily eTech managed to attract self starting employees to curb this problem. Bad environment for introverts and lazy people. Certain positions like writers will feel diminished, as their work doesn't bring enough value to the table, and might feel envious of their technical coworkers compensation. This is more of a reality of a market, but a lot of complaints are coming due to this fact. Lack of motivation for those that need it. Those who don't know how to find something to do, and have no confidence might find days long.
