Ventajas
There are a lot of good things happened there and a lot of interesting projects worked on.
The parent company had a lot of annual events to celebrate outdoor and indoor.
Nice benefit packages and company matching payments.
Desventajas
Lack of proper management, development was done almost hock with not a lot of control so the projects will most of the time will gone from a organized and nice design to a later patch and fix stage.
The project management did all it took to get the clients on and promised all kind of stories possible so at the end when the developer would be involved in it would be too late to give a feedback on the new feature...
