If you're early in your career, this is an amazing place to learn and grow at. Alternatively, if you're a seasoned industry veteran, you'll have many opportunities for impact, as well as a nice change of pace from the general stress-craze that is the larger tech industry as a whole.
Desventajas
Pay isn't as competitive as a FAANG (given that it's a small company) but still competitive for the tech stack and benefits make up for it in a big way.
