Ventajas

Flexible hours... I guess that's a pro these days.

Desventajas

Terrible....terrible...terrible senior leadership. Management is abusive. Performance reviews skipped over. 90 day performance review after hiring is a flat out lie that they tell you to make you comfortable excepting their low-ball offers. Extreme favoritism. Overworked and underpaid is the name of the game. High deductible healthcare which is unaffordable for new college grads. If you have the opertunuty to work anyplace else take it! This company will invest nothing in you but don't be surprised when they tell you to work harder. Poor software product that is supported by an undertrained and incompetent development team. Over all would not recommend.
