Ventajas

I've been working at eDOC for almost a year now, and have had consistently good experiences working here. Everyone is nice and supportive when it comes to teamwork, and going the extra mile is recognized and appreciated. I've had zero issues with feeling overly scrutinized or being micro-managed in any way, and my workload is very reasonable. The company itself is based on good, solid values like providing the highest quality products/services and fostering sustainable growth. I feel I have a lot of job security here. They also promote from within, and I've seen several people change positions in this way since I've been working here.

Desventajas

Sometimes you have to park pretty far away from the building. Things can get a little hectic around release time, and people may end up working some overtime during these periods. (Personally, I am fine with this due to the relaxed nature of the work day most of the rest of the time, but it might be a problem for some.)

Desventajas

Ongoing challenges with strategic alignment and operational consistency. The company is management heavy. Management seems to be unaware of current labor market trends and struggles to keep up. Remote work is discouraged, for example, leading to poor retention rates. Leadership direction can shift quickly, making long-term momentum difficult to sustain. Projects may begin with one set of priorities that change based on new pressures or stakeholder demands. Frequent reprioritization can create inefficiencies and rework. Long-term planning sometimes takes a back seat to short-term demands. Limited autonomy due to influence from the parent organization, whose financial and strategic goals shape major decisions. Remote work is not strongly supported and is actively discouraged by some managers. Some managers are quite rude and mean to employees. The pace and unpredictability may be challenging for those who prefer structured quarterly planning cycles with minimal disruption.
