      Ventajas

      company has gone through a lot of change over the past two years. a lot more organized and efficient. new job classification opportunities are posted. a lot of good people doing good things.

      Desventajas

      there have been a lot of bad apples that have been fired from the company, but more still need to go. it's a long time coming, as the remaining bad ones have been around for a while. this would help improve the morale.
