8yWe appreciate all feedback—positive or otherwise. In your situation, you may have been hired in a seasonal position, which is 13 weeks or less in length. Your offer letter would have explained your employment classification (eligibility for overtime), status (regular full-time, seasonal, or variable hour), and any eligibility requirements for health care. If seasonal, the offer letter would have stated that your employment would end on or before a specific date. Also note that although seasonal positions may have full-time hours, they are temporary in nature, short in duration, and offer no eligibility for benefits or paid time off. In the future, escalate such strongly held concerns to Human Resources or a member of the Executive team for resolution.
