Ventajas
The company does provide nice perks. Employees are allowed to purchase devices cheaply, and there are frequent outings and/or meals.
Desventajas
Sadly, the company has done a complete 180. Customer base has almost evaporated due to shady- and potentially illegal- business practices.
Customers are told that phones are not on the price list and can only be recycled at no charge. Then these "valueless" device are sold over seas. It's called Recycle Keeper.
People have their job duties and responsibilities changed almost everyday now. There is no consistency.
The entire security department was laid of in the recent round of carnage. Now, untrained people cover the front entrance. During client visits, a supervisor puts on a security uniform and poses at the front desk to imply professional security.
It is a poorly kept secret that there are no minority hires are allowed. Employees all joke about the Wonder Bread status of the company.
Too much faith was placed in Blackberry. Instead of evolving and diversifying, all the eggs were placed in that basket. Do a quick google search to see how they are doing. If you don't want to do that, I'll just tell you. Bad. Blackberry is doing bad.
