Ventajas
Many of your coworkers won't have any crypto knowledge. Like zero. Like, they don't know what is a crypto wallet type of lack of knowledge. You can get away with doing minimal work and putting in close to zero effort. Great job for lazy, unmotivated individuals that don't care about career growth.
Desventajas
You will be late to get paid when still working. They will lie and say it is due to "technical issues" which doesn't really exist in crypto. Ethereum was down at the moment you tried to pay? Wow what a coincidence. When (not if) you are fired, you won't be paid. At all. You will be ghosted guaranteed.
