Ventajas

airfocus is a company that combines the elements of a fast-growing startup together with human values such as respect, honesty and transparency. Leadership is determined and driven but also down-to-earth and kind, boundaries are respected and this mix makes it a healthy and fun place to work at. Additionally, the product is really good, which I believe to be because the group of people working at airfocus are passionate about product and doing their job well.

Desventajas

It's important to be flexible and comfortable with multi-tasking, things evolve at a fast pace and so does the team.

Ventajas

Excellent product, great UX and very clever which made presenting it prospects a very enjoyable experience. As a whole the company are very supportive, they hire well and get the culture just right. Onsite, remote or hybrid working which I think is huge bonus to have such flexibility. Good and fair commission structure in sales dept, along with competitive base salary.

Desventajas

At times the amount of leads available were low, but with the current market it’s important to source your own leads as well as what is brought to you from sales development team
