Ventajas

Flexible working arrangements Location Good pay with some potential to earn bonuses

Desventajas

Too many bosses working at cross purposes. Never clear who is in charge. Daily changes in direction. Culture is very emotive and there are expectations that employees live a gluten, sugar, dairy and alcohol free lifestyle, as well as, undertaking the zing exercises twice a day. Not just a job or career but a lifestyle.
