1. Work with latest technologies, if you are in ADAS you will get to learn so many things, but at the cost of work life balance. 2. If you are Hyderabadi then it's a retirement destination I would say for you. 4. Good team collaboration. 5. Very good hikes if you are good performer, at least in my case there was no partially.
Desventajas
1. It's WF Hyderabad policy, despite of many lives were being lost due to covid, you are asked to work from Hyderabad, though you don't have hardware dependency. 2. HR team hard to get the replies from. 3. Long working hours. 4. They fail to retain good talent. They are paying anything to the new joiners but they don't take a single step to stop the people who are really working hard for the success of company. 5. Very negligible onsite opportunities
