      Amazing leadership team that really does want you to be successful. The training the company offers, even for seasoned agents, is helpful and interesting.

      Desventajas

      Higher-producing agents get a lot more connection with leadership than lower-producing or newer agents

      "Your Castle offers an impressive range of marketing resources and some of the most comprehensive real estate data I've come across. Their tools and insights have truly elevated my ability to serve clients effectively."

      Desventajas

      When I first joined, there was limited guidance and support for newer agents. It was a bit of a challenge to get started without a structured onboarding process. However, from what I’ve heard, the company has made significant improvements in this area."
