They claim to be the best of the best in medical billing but this was hands down the worst training experience. It was an absolute clustercuss. They never even took the time to fully understand what we did to help us succeed with the transition. The new software was light years ahead of the old. Billers did not do claims which was suddenly part of our job. It was terrible. I cried weekly trying to figure it all out. Not enough pay for the headache.
