Ventajas

Good medical insurance, profit sharing ok, commissions based on sales margin. Support holidays and employee benefits

Desventajas

Management is engaged with some key members allowing for misinformation and incorrect decisions. Primary focused on sales growth and use of saleforce data collection to inform others to a fault. While this is public company and sizable number of employees and remote factories and offices, they do not think global and over look critical business growth potentials. Seem to focused on expansion via acquisition. Key managers are competent, but not adequately informed.

Ventajas

The employees are fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good people to work with. There’s a strong family-oriented culture, and work-life balance is generally respected, which makes day-to-day work sustainable and less stressful compared to many companies in the industry.

Desventajas

The compensation package is not very competitive compared to similar roles in the market. Some of the product technology feels outdated, which can make innovation and efficiency more challenging. Additionally, upper management can feel somewhat cliquey at times, which may impact transparency and broader team inclusion.
