Ventajas

Good Amsterdam office Decent Pay Apart from sales department, other departments did thrive under the right management from the two other co-founders.

Desventajas

- Toxic culture within the sales department - Reps faked deals and got praised, while others that were doing decent work were not appreciated. - Managers had no proper sales experience. - Managers weren't good at communicating clearly, honestly, and there was 0 training provided. - Expectations were too high, communication minimal - you've kind of had to read the managers mind to even understand what's happening. - Unfair treatment.

This position feels more like a Customer Support role than a true Customer Success role. This role focuses more on account retention rather than growth, and compensation heavily tied to churn rate. The work environment lacks trust, and micromanagement is common. While transparency is valued, it can sometimes feel excessive.
