Feels good coming into work every morning knowing what you're selling is really helping the small business market out there! Leadership at the company is very open to hearing advice from anybody at the company, no matter your title. Worklio does a great job of celebrating wins & making this a great place to work.

Start up environment is ever changing, it makes it exciting but also certain speed bumps you need to get over.

No pros at this company. Stay clear.

No direction, constant internal misalignment. Weak product with constant struggles and updates needed. No marketing support or efforts. No 401k with weak benefits. Micromanaged in all aspects of the business. Online time is tracked. Random meetings and calls throughout the day. No sense of direction or alignment. Awful culture, direction changes on a dime, no value in people, little to no real business strategy.
