I work specifically in the Product department, specifically UX. We are a completely different team today than we were just a year ago and that is due to the fact that the leaders are open to feedback and willing to collaborate for a better team culture, process, and work life. I am not afraid to voice dissenting opinions to my managers, and even the VP. The Product department as a whole has a work hard, play hard mentality, and are the smartest bunch I've worked with. They are respectful to each other, often stopping conversations in order to have the right people included and involved.
