Not treated fairly: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Payment Services en WorkSafeBC

I was at WorkSafeBC for over 5 years. When I gave notice, I did not have an exit interview with HR. I was surprised since I provided ample notice and other colleagues I met was given an exit interview. I wasn’t even instructed where to hand over my laptop. After providing over 5 years of service to the company I was surprised I wasn’t given instructions on what to do on my last day or talk to HR. I probably could not showed up on my last day and they wouldn’t notice. Horrible practice at WorkSafeBC. Plus they use archaic practices and no room for much movement
