Very archaic in improving processes to help the customer. Hired Managers who don't have experience doing the Health Care Operations work themselves. Managers cannot relate to what the Payment Officers are doing. Need more front line staff to handle the phone calls. Working in Health Care Operations is a dead end department, with little or no opportunity to grow outside this department. Managers are more concerned that you enter information in a system or a tool then spending time with the external client.
