Our quality data is still on excel which can't be utilized by AI tool. The team can't get warming ahead of time from the risk of stacked tolerance. This is just one of the examples to show there are tons of opportunities ahead of us. Meanwhile processes are still evolving in some areas and require patience while systems and structure continue to mature.
