- Misleading job title, just say SALESMAN. Nothing about the job relates to management work.
- During interview, whole lotta documents must be filled with questions like psychometric tests. I thought wow this mustve been a very serious job then, turns out just a waste of time and pen ink cuz they just wanna make themselves look all important and fancy with the big talk about respect and business terms like bro....all you do is massage people on the street there's nothing worth to learn and build a career on that lor.
- SO EMBARASSING that you would have to terjah and kacau people who are enjoying their lunch to shove these products down their throats. The heck did i get a degree for if i end up massage people in the streets?! I really thought i would be learning a thing or two about management.
- the senior that guided me on the first day, she is nice,i feel pity for her because she didnt have a choice but to work at this shizhole. She dreams to have the boss's position one day,which though i highly doubt she will get cuz the boss is power hungry enslaving dude,but i do wish her the best.
- said that salary will get 4k, WOW WHAT A LIE. basic only 1.7 - 2.5 only, the other amount need to reach via achieving the kpi and massage old dudes some more hahahahhahaha what a joke!
