Ventajas
I worked at WebFX for about a year as a contractor. The onboarding was really good - probably the best structured training I've seen at any company. Paired with a mentor right away and had regular check-ins. The culture is genuinely positive, not in a forced way. CheersFX lets you shout out coworkers which sounds cheesy but people actually use it and it feels good to get recognized. The charity work is real too - building water systems, supporting schools, tree planting tied to client results. That part surprised me.
Desventajas
The expectations are high from day one. If you're not someone who can self-motivate and figure things out on your own you'll struggle. I also noticed some turnover with junior employees in their first year. It's not for everyone and that's probably fine but worth knowing going in.
