Ventajas
Teammates are all nice and friendly.
Nice pantry, they provided snacks and drinks every day.
The pay is just fair enough. There is quite a high salary discrepancy for the same role within the team. HR won't tell you that you're underpaid.
Desventajas
The workload was too high and OT was often required to finish the tasks.
Some people were sometime demanding and never cared about you if you have sufficient time to do the work - they just want it done immediately.
Hire more people!!! WeLab and WeLend stuffs should be separately done!!! It is too overwhelming just letting one or two people to do it all.
