Ventajas
WeGoLook hires some of the top talent in the industry, people that leave good careers to go to work for a "promising" start up. In joining this team, you can make some great connections and learn a lot from your coworkers. Until upper management squashes everyone's ideas, gets mad for receiving constructive feedback and then makes emotional decisions to fire people for trying to help the company succeed.
Desventajas
The CEO and COO have no management experience and manipulated their way into C-Level positions. They hire exceptional talent, but then do not let people do their jobs. When you interview, they fill your head with a ton of broken promises and lies, and as soon as they are done with you, they chew you up and spit you out after months of overtime and giving 150%. The people that are successful in this company are "friends" of the C-level and actually do little to no work and ride the coat tails for a paycheck. They promote people with no degrees and experience only to pay them very little, but I don't blame those employees, they think this is the only chance they will get with no degree. Others just get projects taken away from them...what are they actually doing now other than getting paid a hefty salary? You would think with a woman-CEO, she would want to empower other women in the company, but the truth is she is a bully and belittles employees she "doesn't like." Robin and Kenneth only like employees that are puppets and will go along with whatever horrible plans they have for the company that continue to drive the company into the ground. Whenever they get a chance, they will cut costs associated with raises and Looker fees, before they will take a look at their own expenses. Everyone going in has a lot of hope for the company to be successful, but after you are demoralized and beaten down over and over, you realize the culture isn't a place you want or need to be. Leadership doesn't stand by it, so why should anyone else?
