      No pros, working here will be your hell on earth!!!

      Desventajas

      Low pay. Overworked. Only in Wika can see a lot of drama from the big boss until to the favorite employee, up to you to name the casting. Bullying anytime anywhere.

      - Amazing (multi cultural) workers. - Great work environment. - Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) working days. - Okay management - Helpful coworkers. - They value employees that have worked there 10 plus years and so many have been there over 20 years. - Usually promote internally and will outsource if necessary only. - Great benefits. - Amazing training. - Very patient.

      Desventajas

      - Very time consuming tasks. - Extensive knowledge of industrial measurement of pressure and heating products needed. - Very stressful. - Seniority is everything since people have worked there 10, 15 even 30 years before you. - Below average salary. - Very high email volume.
