Ventajas

Hola, no es un buen lugar para trabajar. Los altos medios a partir del jefe son de lo peor. Suelen tratar mal q la gente. No estuve mucho tiempo porque realmente la pasé muy mal y decidí priorizar mi vida antes que me traten mal como lo venían haciendo. El sueldo bien, pero no es un buen lugar para trabajar. Fue el peor trabajo que tuve.

Desventajas

Si sos mujer no te dejan ni hablar. En la entrevista podrán ser muy simpáticos pero luego en el día a día hay gritos, discriminación, e insultos. La frase como estás de tu jefe en adelante no existe.

Management does not care about you at all. You are just part of the machine and expected to do you job without complaining and certainly without question. Micromanagement and doing everything on the cheap are common themes. I am a professional in the technology space with 20+ years experience at several other insurance companies. This is the first one who really disregards insurance regulation, security regulation, data protection and the needs of the consumer. They really do not care or feel that they need to comply with any of it. It's a nuisance for them. Much like how they treat their employees. If you should happen to make it to retirement, they basically kick you out the door with a "good luck" and "your benefits end today". Not so much as a thank you. They encourage and support the employees with a gift for telling them what they want to hear and spinning reality to fit their narrative. On top of that, there is obvious targeted harassment and bigotry in senior leadership. This behavior is supported and rewarded. Those who speak out against it are removed. I cannot believe this behavior in 2025! I thought we were all beyond this, especially at that level of management. Actively trying to hop elsewhere, regardless of the costs.
