NONE: This company lies during recruitment, puts you through 20 hours of personal non paid time HR hoops for your to complete on your own.

Desventajas

I was recruited for an immediate position. Spent two weeks meeting every HR and credentialing, tech requirement. I was then strung along for 3 weeks with an implied position and a fictitious director at a state school district who was holding off on setting the start date. ALL OF THIS WAS FAKE. Their recruiters are paid for every level of information they extract out of you, and then somewhere around week 4 you get told to "wait" or "would you like to be considered for a Fall position." It' s just a series of tactics to build their pool of people...while not really connecting you with employment. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of SLP positions available in high demand and a competitive wage.

Ventajas

Paid weekly for both direct and indirect service hours. Staff stay in touch regularly to make sure you don't need anything or are available to answer questions. Contract/terms are straight forward.

Desventajas

Have not run into any snags that could not be easily remedied.

Promise of paid remote work

Desventajas

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Fake job postings Gave notice to my current job just to have my start date pushed back repeatedly and then eventually just cancelled Results in wasted time onboarding for a fake job Signed offer letter means nothing Interviews frequently “scheduled” and then “rescheduled”. Recruiters just string you along for months
