Ventajas

WFH/Remote - Never having to go to the office saves time and gas money. Product is challenging with so many features. You can be creative with the designing of new apps for customers.

Desventajas

Not enough training - mostly self-teaching of the product by reading manual and testing.

Ventajas

We have a nice office location overlooking Lake Austin and downtown; Every employee has the equipment they need to do their best; Every employee receives up to 25 paid holidays a year (7 national holidays + 18 PTO); We have had the same office location since 2001; We listen to employees and do our best to work with each regarding any particular needs they may have to help them do the best job possible; We do not ask or require overtime, everyone enjoys a good work-life balance; Our customer's enjoy the level of service our team provides;

Desventajas

We do expect good work efforts and good communication;

Ventajas

40hrs a week no more no less. Good Health insurance for single person.

Desventajas

No marketing the past 6 to 8 years. No calling platform to call and locate potential clients ie: Zoominfo. No stable accounts to work from. No solid direction from managers as you will have to train yourself mostly. Call lists were 2 years old. Do not provide company equipment. Unfair HR practices.
