Desventajas
Above management level the company is rife with a blame culture, lack of support, understanding or appreciation for front line staff and management. The decision makers refuse to admit their mistakes and the consequences of their actions but instead shift blame onto the people that work hardest to make the business a success. They used to be a great company to work for but in their quest to compete with budget chains have devalued their image, public perception and the staff that work so hard for them. Some stores have cliques and if you don't fit in it can be difficult. No realistic bonus scheme or incentives anymore.
